I purchased these a few months ago and am really pleased with the fit. At first I thought they might give me blisters between the toes (as in previous reviews) but after a few wears this was not a problem. Don't know about the toning thing but for all the miles I put on my flops, these are definitely the most comfortable! And the price was great!

This is my 2nd pair of fit flops as I wore the other ones out after having them for over 3 years.
I live in a hot climate and walking the dog twice a day for 30 minutes each time I need comfort and support.
I have not really noticed more fitness because of them as I am pretty active anyway......well OK my legs do seem to look more toned but that maybe is recent beach walks or bike riding. Not sure. But I love these shoes as regular sandals or flip flops make my feet hurt when I walk in them any long distance. Buying them on Amazon seems like the Best price.

These shoes were on the small side. I could have worn them but my heel was at the very end of the shoe. They also were stiffer than the original fit flops. I love the fit flops but these seemed to be made out of cheaper materials.
