I received the scale, took it out of the shipping box, and manufacturer's box, only to discover that it didn't work! I'm not sure if it was the battery, or what?? I had the exact same scale before and loved it, so I returned this one and bought a new one. The new one works great!!

It was easy to set up and we tested it with various known weights. It is right on throughout the range we tested. It cleans very easily and looks good. The only issue we have is the auto turn on is not very consistant. We have to move it around to get it to work.

I just received this scale and stepped on it and got my weight. Being an engineer, I decided to test it's accuracy. I got a 1 pound package of butter and stepped back on the scale. It displayed the same "exact" weight as the prior measurement -- not recording the extra pound I was carrying. Does it have software inside that "fools" us into thinking it accurately measures out weight?
